Delivery of goods

Order placement: After successful payment, your order will be carefully packaged and dispatched to the address you specify.

Delivery times: Specified timeframes for www.econom.ee will be effective from the moment of payment. Please note that the period may vary depending on the delivery method and region you have chosen.

Change of address: Would you like to change your address after placing an order? Please let us know as soon as possible. However, if your order has already been dispatched, you will not be able to change the delivery address.

Delivery notification: We will notify you by email once your order has been dispatched.

Importance of data: Please make sure that the data provided is accurate. This will help to avoid delays and misunderstandings. We will not be held responsible for problems caused by inaccurate information.

Damage to goods: If your goods are damaged on delivery (excluding packaging), we are prepared to offer you a replacement. In case a replacement is not possible, we will refund the cost of the goods.
