Seller Econom OÜ uses the information provided by the Buyer primarily for the fulfilment of the purchase order and does not disclose the information about the Buyer, which has become known to it in the course of shopping, to third parties, unless there are cases provided for by law. The use of customer data in direct marketing is only possible with the consent of the Buyer, which he/she gives by writing down his/her contact address when registering himself/herself as a recipient of news information or in the form of registration as a customer.

The Buyer may contact the Seller at any time to withdraw its wish to receive personalised offers. The Buyer also has the right to request the cessation of processing or deletion of his/her data in case the relevant right arises from the Personal Data Protection Act or other legal regulations.

Confidentiality

1. When using the online shop www.econom.ee, the customer gives his explicit and deliberate consent to the use of www.econom.ee provided personal data (Name, surname, address, telephone, e-mail). 

2. The data communicated to www.econom.ee shall be used to ensure the provision of services and services to the client and shall be treated confidentially, without passing them on to third parties, except in cases where this is implied by the delivery method chosen by the client and in cases provided for by law.

3. www.econom.ee reserves the right to provide the client with new information about products or companies using the client's contact details, if the client has subscribed to the newsletter from www.econom.ee. The customer has the right to delete their contact details from the database.

4. In matters that are not regulated by these terms and conditions, the Client and www.econom.ee shall be governed by the laws and legislation of the Republic of Estonia.

5. If disputes arise in the course of fulfilment of these terms and conditions, the parties shall first of all try to reach an agreement by means of negotiations. If the disputes arising from the contract cannot be resolved through negotiations, both parties (both the client and www.econom.ee) have the right to apply to the Consumer Rights Protection Board or the court for protection of their rights.

Econom OÜ is the main processor of personal data, Econom OÜ transmits the personal data required for making payments.
